A relaxed monthly get-together for anyone who enjoys crafting, sharing ideas and trying something new in good company.

Are you new to crafting, or an experienced maker who enjoys trying something different? If so, the Craft & Chat group could be for you.

We meet once a month in a relaxed and friendly setting. You can bring along a project you are currently working on, or join in with a craft activity shared within the group. Previous activities have included metal embossing, willow weaving, book folding, needle felting, leather work and sashiko embroidery, marbling — we thrive on variety!

All materials and any specialist equipment are provided, although you may occasionally be asked to bring along simple items such as pens, a ruler or scissors. Members are asked to make a small contribution towards materials (usually just a couple of pounds).
